Round Up Auction

Friday, August 2, 2019 - 5:30pm

Help the Washington State Fair Foundation round up funds for its Educational Programs, Friday, August 2nd, 2019 at our 21st Annual Auction.

Our event committee is working hard to put together a fantastic evening for you with stellar auction items, fun, games and good food. The Round Up Auction is a night to enjoy fun and friends at the newest building on the fairground, the Agriplex. We serve delicious, down-home fare and have a casual, come-as-you-are dress code. While plans are still underway for this year's auction catalog, past packages have included huge Fair packages; be the Fair's CEO for the day; travel to any away Seahawks game; take home a new Traeger grill; attend our Columbia Bank Concert Series; golf at Lake Chelan; have Santa visit your children at home; and drive exotic cars in Las Vegas. Don't miss this party!

BIDS FOR KIDS!

This Fair tradition has helped us award more than $1.4M in scholarships to college bound students. In recent years, a percentage of Round Up Auction revenues have also been allocated to support the Traveling Farm, our hands-on farm to table children’s museum on wheels. To keep these programs thriving, we need your help. Every auction purchase our guests make helps the Foundation provide kids hands-on agriculture education and fulfill college dreams.

It is because of your generosity that we receive thank you notes like this:

  • This scholarship relieves an immense amount of stress about my finances… your contribution will significantly help me achieve my major in Biology so that I can get into medical school.  – Meaghan , Scholarship Recipient
  • I learned that chickens can lay green eggs. I also learned that sheep has stuff that’s in loshen in there fur. – Karlie, Student & Traveling Farm visitor

On behalf of all our students, we thank you for your participation!
