Bring your change (2 quarters, 1 penny) to the SillyVille Train Station and with your 50 cent donation to the Washington State Fair Foundation, you'll take home a penny with your choice of four designs: a rodeo cowboy, the Classic Coaster, a ferris wheel or a "Do the Puyallup" piglet.
