2019 Washington State Spring Fair BBQ Playoffs!

Treat your taste buds to a BBQ competition. Up to 40 teams will be competing to win $20,000 on Saturday, April 13 & Sunday, April 14. 

Delicious BBQ samples will be available from 2pm - 7:30 pm on Friday, 11 am - 7:30 pm on Saturday and 11 am - 4:30pm on Sunday. Samples start at $2.50 each. Samples will be limited, so taste early for the best selection!

Friday - 2 pm - 7:30 pm 

Come and try a sample from the 2018 Washington Spring Fair BBQ, Two Time, Playoffs Overall Grand Champion team Smoke 324 and  last year's Reserve Grand Champions The Smokin' Bocks. 

Saturday - 6 pm -  BBQ Pitmaster Challenge Finals: Live Judging - Certified BBQ Judges will publicly taste and select the champ among the top three vote-getters today from competing pro teams who have been feeding Fair goers all day long.  Live on stage at the South End of the Contest Arena!

Sunday - 5:30 pm  PNWBA Championship Awards
Witness the live announcements as competing pro BBQ teams learn their fate and the names of the judges' choice for Best Brisket, Best Pork, Best Chicken, Best Ribs and the overall Grand Champions of the $20,000.
